Armando was born on June 22, 1934, in California. He passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, in Tulare, California at the age of 90. Armando was a proud Veteran serving in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Chapel-Tulare, California.
A Graveside Service will begin following the Visitation at 1:30 pm, Tulare District Cemetery-
Tulare, California.
