TOMMY LEE DUNLAP

Tommy Lee Dunlap or Por-Pek as known by many, January 11th, 1968- May 3rd, 2026. Born to James “Butch” and Christine Dunlap. Tommy, 58, was born and raised in Tulare California, he was the Mayor of Oakieville as he proclaimed “right cuz” as he’d say. Tommy is survived by his mother Christine Dunlap, his daughters Brittany Pires, Destani Dunlap, Cortnee Dunlap, Tristin Dunlap and Natalie Dunlap his honorary daughters Kyrsten, Courtney, and Megan the mothers of his daughters Angela, Deana, and Shanda. He is Papa to Alexis, Michael, Madisyn, Grant, Violet, Adalyn, Rhett, Maliyah, Melanee, Lainey, Avery and Braxin. His siblings John Dunlap (Jeanette), Tree Dunlap, and Lilly Dunlap. He was Uncle Tom to many nieces and nephews. He also left many cousins and friends as well. He is proceeded in death by his father James “Butch” Dunlap and grandparents the Dunlap’s and Shahan’s. 

Tommy truly loved his people, he was always telling a story or joke making people laugh. Being dad and Papa was truly what made him feel blessed. He did construction most of his life with his dad, siblings, cousins, and even friends which he always enjoyed. He was always happy and smiling, saying whatever came to mind. When he walked in a room his presence was known and heard. If you ask him he’s still 29 and shinnin. He had a loyal heart, was a protector, and always looked out for the ones he loved no matter what that meant. He loved to have fun and make the most out of every situation. He has so many people that love him because of the love he showed others. He enjoyed the casino, bbqing with family, of course watching the Pittsburgh Steelers as a die hard fan. Tommy loved to do his daughters and nieces hair the bigger the better. He always showed up but you could guarantee it would be late. Tommy will be missed by so many his memories will be cherished. 

A memorial service is being planned and will be shared at a later time.
