Domingo was born in Texas on August 4, 1941. He passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023, in Visalia, California at the age of 82.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Chapel – Tulare, California. A Rosary will begin during the visitation at 6:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, November 29, 2023, 10:00 am St. Rita’s Catholic Chruch-Tulare, California.
Burial to follow at North Tulare Public Cemetery-Tulare, California.
