Manuel was born on December 9, 1924 in Ballinger, Texas. He passed away Monday, March 18, 2024 in Tulare, California at the age of 99. Manuel was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army servicing in World War II.
Visitation Wednesday April 3, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00am Peers-Lorentzen Funeral Chapel-Tulare, California.
A Chapel Service will follow the Visitation at 10:00am. Final Resting Place, North Tulare Public Cememtery-Tulare, California.
